For years, I didn’t even realize I was stuck.
I was doing all the “right” things—holding everything together, being who everyone needed me to be, and believing that if I just tried harder, it would eventually feel like enough.

But deep down, I was crumbling.

I had lost touch with myself—my voice, my needs, my direction. And like so many high-functioning, capable women, I mistook self-abandonment for strength.

It took a deeply painful unraveling for me to finally see the trap:
I wasn’t living my life—I was living someone else’s idea of who I should be.

This isn’t just about relationships or career paths—it’s about the mindset that tells you your needs can wait. That silence is strength. That if you’re overwhelmed, it’s because you’re not doing enough.

But here’s what I know now:
Without awareness, we operate on autopilot.
And autopilot is where dreams go to die quietly.

Reclaiming my life didn’t come from doing more—it came from waking up.
From finally honoring the truth of who I am and building a foundation of emotional clarity, confidence, and direction.

That’s what I help others do now—especially women who are carrying the world, but feeling lost inside.

If any part of this story feels like yours, I want to invite you into something different.

You don’t have to do this alone.
You just have to take the first step.
