What is an Empath?

empath – (n.) A person with a preternatural ability to apprehend the emotional state of another individual. One who feels the emotions of others.

Have you ever noticed that as you show up in the world more, you require more support from your peers? Do you feel faint, drained, or in physical pain when surrounded by others? Are you lacking a support system of like-minded creatures?

Being an Empath or an Extra Aware Human can create extra pressure and anxiety because you notice more. This keeps you safe and makes you street smart by the way. 

With this extra awareness; your extrasensory powers start becoming more enhanced; which is a good thing! Yea!

Yet this does require some extra training and support to be able to maneuver your new reality, and have more stability. Stability is what brings abundance to you while being your extra aware human-ness.
